We don't provide services, we provide solutions. How do they differ? We don't try to shoe-horn your requirements into something we developed for another client. We look at your requirements, and we come up with a solution that is tailored to your specific needs.
When we look at solutions to your requirements, we look at the whole range of areas that we consider to be important, including:
- Your requirements - as gathered from all the stakeholders (staff, managers and even suppliers or customers if required)
- Your staff skill levels - to ensure that training requirements are not left out and to make sure that whatever solution we provide can be maintained by you internally if that is something you want to undertake (we're not up for locking you in to working with us - sustainable solutions are our key)
- Your existing infrastructure - to make sure that you don't have to undertake upgrades or can't run our solution
- Your business strategy - do you really need to skill up in particular areas if they are not your core business?

We have developed these five solutions into a simple model - the Gaia Resources Solutions Model - which we use when implementing any project. We use this model because we know that each solution area we work with impacts upon other upstream or downstream (horizontal axis) areas - and that we should always be looking at where the strategy of the business is leading the organisation, and how the enabling technology present in the business will support our work.
