ParkHereMate

ParkHereMate was a mobile application that Gaia Resources developed as a proof of concept under the Transport for NSW Parking Innovation Challenge.  The project delivered an Android native mobile application that provided guidance to drivers around how to find parking in the Waverley Council area within Sydney, Australia.  The app itself was designed and developed in house at Gaia Resources.  The project saw some innovative ways to present (including audio so as to not distract drivers with visual cues) parking information to mobile app users, but also developed some APIs that were of keen interest for use by a broader transport audience.
